Check out the new rules:
-updated PR statement, but no substantive changes in terms of practice, really
-freshmen may now participate
-max length of speech is 8 minutes, decreased from 10

• the PR policy
• The competition results for is now 2 pages and includes a "sign off page" for the PR policy
• For the Zone Competition, the speaking supports have been decreased to 3, 2 sided 3x5 index cards
